Grievance Policy

Any student who has a grievance for unfair treatment is entitled to utilize the following grievance policy. The grievance should be communicated through proper channels either in person or in writing.

If the grievance concerns the residence hall, the first person to be contacted should be the Residence Director, followed by the Dean of Men or Women. If the grievance concerns another student, the first person to be contacted should be the Dean of Men or Women, followed by the Vice-President of Student Development.

If the grievance concerns the classroom, the first person to be contacted should be the individual professor in question. Appeal by the student for treatment received from a professor may be made to the Vice-President of Academics, Vice-President of Student Development, or the President.

If the grievance concerns the business of the College, the first person to be contacted should be the Vice-President of Finance and Business. If contacting the Vice-President does not resolve the grievance, the President of the College may be contacted in person or by e-mail (president@cccb.edu).

Any grievance against Central can be filed with the office of the Association for Biblical Higher Education. Such grievances can be transmitted through phone (407-207-0808), fax (407-207-0840), e-mail (exdir@abhe.org) or mail (ABHE, 5575 S. Semoran Blvd., Suite 26, Orlando, FL 32822).
