CCCB partners with Pioneer College Caterers to provide dining services on campus.  Sixteen meals are provided on Monday through Saturday.  Entrees like steak and shrimp are served at once a month premium nights.  The campus enjoys bonus bites, periodic demonstration cooking, a full salad bar and desert bar, theme meals, carved to order meats, and a side bar.  To see what's scheduled for this week or to find out more about Pioneer at Central follow the links below.
