Christian Education
OBJECTIVES:
The student completing a Christian Education emphasis will:
- Be able to state a clear philosophy of Christian education.
- Be able to teach the Bible to all age-groups of students.
- Be able to evaluate the educational program of a local congregation.
- Be able to organize an educational program designed to meet the determined needs of a specific congregation.
- Be capable of supervising the total educational program of a local congregation.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
In addition to the standard requirements for the B.S. or B.A. degree, the student will complete the following 24 emphasis hours:

2 - Small Group Methods
2 - Christian Education Administration
2 - Audio-Visuals
3 - Child Growth & Development
2 - Creative Teaching
4 - Christian Education Electives
2 - Teaching the Lesson
2 - Psychology of Education
1 - Ministry Field Orientation
2 - Field Education Experience
