Located approximately 35 miles south of Moberly, Columbia College's main campus in Columbia, Missouri, provides another opportunity for Central's students to transfer and pursue degrees in areas that Central cannot provide, including Art, Business Administration, Computer Science, Criminal Justice Administration, English, General Studies, History, Mathematics, Political Science, Pre-engineering, Pre-law, Psychology, Science, Social Work, and Sociology.

A special benefit of Columbia College is its 28 extended campuses around the United States, offering select majors at the various locations. A student desiring to obtain a Bachelor's degree from Columbia College should pursue the A.S. in General Studies and then expect to spend approximately 3 years to finish the Bachelor's degree.
