Hannibal-LaGrange College
Located approximately 70 miles east of Moberly on U.S. 24, Hannibal-LaGrange College is a four-year liberal arts college accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
A Southern Baptist institution, HLG provides students an opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree in the following areas: Education (Early Childhood, Elementary, Secondary), Accounting, Administration of Justice, Art, Biology,
Business Administration, Christian Theatre, Communication Arts, Computer Information Systems, English, History, Human Services, Mathematics, Organizational Management, Psychology, and Speech Communication.
Students wanting to pursue a major from HLG can enroll at Central in an A.S. in General Studies degree (education majors) or an A.A. in General Studies degree (all other majors).
After two years of study at Central, the student transfers to HLG and completes the bachelor's requirements in 2 years for most majors (secondary education may take 3 years). Application for enrollment at HLG needs to be made in the fall of the student's sophomore year at Central.
