    GGL 211   Greek Essentials   (3 hours)
    This course introduces students to Greek vocabulary, tools, and principles that will aid in the understanding of the New Testament. (Every Spring)

    GGL 221   Elementary Greek   (3 hours)
    This is a beginner's course in the grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure of New Testament Greek. The study will include drills on forms, accents, simple phrases and sentences. (Every Fall)

    GGL 222   Intermediate Greek   (3 hours)
    A continuation of GGL 221. (Every Spring)

    GGL 321   Advanced Greek   (4 hours)
    This course is a review of and further study of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary introduced in the pre requisite first-year Greek courses. Emphasis is given to the nuances of certain Greek constructions and synonyms, so the student will begin to get the feel of the joy of study of the Greek New Testament with the use of some of the modern helps designed to facilitate this skill. (Every Fall)

    GGL 322   Greek Exegesis   (3 hours)
    This course is designed to hone New Testament exegesis skills and give practical experience in utilizing Greek tools for research and teaching / preaching purposes. It will also emphasize other aspects of interpretation that the Greek language can bring in the context of studying a NT epistle. (Every Fall)

    GGL 332   Greek Literature   (4 hours)
    This course is a study of ancient Greek documents utilizing the Greek language.

    GGL 390   Independent Studies in Greek   (1-4 hours)
    This course is an opportunity for students to conduct independent research under the supervision of a faculty member. A minimum of 45 hours of research for each hour of credit, plus a final paper or project are required for the course.

    GHL 341   Elementary Hebrew   (3 hours)
    A study of the fundamentals of the Hebrew language. Stress will be given to vocabulary and types of verbs. The goal will be to translate Biblical Hebrew, but some work from English to Hebrew will be given. (Every Fall)

    GHL 342   Intermediate Hebrew   (3 hours)
    A continuation of GHL 341. (Every Spring)

    GHL 343   Hebrew Exegesis   (2 hours)
    Offered for advanced Hebrew students, this course provides an opportunity to apply the Hebrew language to the study of the Old Testament. (Every Fall)

    GHL 390   Independent Studies in Hebrew   (1-4 hours)
