The Saints battled back from a 30-point second-half deficit before falling short in a 67-63 loss to Lincoln Christian College at Pelfrey Hall on Tuesday.

Despite a 20-point, nine rebound performance from newcomer Mazie Dowdy, the Saints fell to 0-2 on the young 2008-09 season with a 53-42 loss to Union College (Neb.) on Tuesday at Pelfrey Hall.

Going home for the holidays was great - we had the usual fun, food and fellowship with family.
