In order for us to reset your CCCB email password we will need three pieces of personal identification if the email you list on the form is not in your student profile. Please include the following in the details section: last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, your birth state, and your birthday along with the explicit request to reset your password. Also, please indicate if the email address listed on the form should be added or replace any personal emails currently listed on your student profile.  e.g: "Please reset my CCCB email password. Also, please replace any personal emails on my student account with the email listed on this form. My security information is as follows: 1234, MO, 1/1/1900."

If you are unable to use the password reset feature because you need
to update your student account with a current email address, please provide the following:
last 4 digits of your SSN, home state, and birth date.
