MOBERLY, Mo. - The third annual World Music Night will be held on Thursday at 6 p.m. at Pelfrey Hall on the Central Christian College of the Bible campus.
With a theme of "Peace to the Nations," World Music Night will feature singing, dancing, a coffee house, and booths showcasing a variety of different cultures and oriental food dishes.
The event, which is free to the public and typically lasts about an hour-and-a-half, was founded by senior international student Sung Bauta, a native of Kaduna, Nigeria.
"We just want to reach out the community and share the love of Jesus with them," Buata said. "The message is simply that Jesus loves them and He desires a relationship with them. We don't just want to entertain, but we want to show our appreciation for who God is."
