Women's Day 2009
"Women of God — Becoming the Woman God Created You to Be"

Women's Day will feature Melanie Chitwood of Proverbs 31 Ministries. As a wife to a sports-loving husband, a mother to two young sons, and a Christian author and speaker, Melanie understands the challenges women face as they try to balance their many roles and responsibilities. After hearing Melanie speak, women will leave inspired and equipped to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, the One who provides the strength and peace they need for enjoying life each day. Melanie will lead a morning workshop and will be the luncheon speaker.

Workshops will also be presented by Regina Green (a CCCB professor) and Brenda Curtice (a minister's wife).

Menu: Ritzy chicken and lemon pepper chicken, baby potatoes, broccoli salad, carrots, rolls and mousse for dessert.

Babysitting will be provided during the day. A child plate at lunch will be available for $3.
