Church WithOut Walls Ministries, a small non-denominational house church in Atlanta, MO, is looking to fill a paid position to lead the adult small group on Sunday mornings. Duties would include leading adults in Biblical discussions with a focus on spiritual growth and discipleship. REQUIRED Qualifications

AA or Bachelors degree in film, television or related field preferred. 
Work Experience: 1-2 years television experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for ensuring that all programming airs properly.
Monitor and troubleshoot multiple video and audio signals while keeping accurate maintenance of traffic logs and play lists.
Performs additional duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
An in-depth knowledge of broadcast operations including broadcast automation systems, commercial insertion systems, traffic systems, test and measurement devices as well as various file server technologies. 
Competent to troubleshoot audio and video problems that may occur with server, graphics, and uplink and/or downlink signal paths.
Understanding of routing and patching of audio and video signals.
Working knowledge of videotape and server file formats.
Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, communicate ideas clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
Versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
Ability to find solutions to difficult challenges.
